Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel your reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a credit to be used for a future class. This credit must be used within 7 days. This process is not automated through Acuity Scheduling, so please email us after you’ve canceled to receive your credit coupon.

2. Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, it will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund or class credit. Please understand that your spot could have been used by someone else.

3. No-Show: If you fail to show up for a class without canceling, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in a deduction of 1 class credits from your account, depending on your membership or package.

4. Unlimited Members: Unlimited members will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $300MX for late cancellations and no-shows.

5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please reach out to our team in such cases, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
