Cancellation Policies
Class Cancellations
1. Cancellation Window: You can cancel your reservation yourself up to 12 hours before the scheduled class to receive a credit to be used for a future class. To do this, go to your Appointment Scheduled confirmation email and scroll to the bottom where you’ll see a button to “Change/Cancel Appointment”.
2. Late Cancellation: Within 12 hours of the class start time, you are not able to cancel or reschedule your class yourself. This will be considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund or class credit. Please understand that your spot could have been used by someone else.
3. No-Show: If you fail to show up for a class without canceling, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in a deduction of 1 class credit from your account, depending on your membership or package.
4. Unlimited Members: Unlimited members will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $350MX for late cancellations and no-shows.
5. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please reach out to our team in such cases, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly Memberships & Packages Cancellation
Our AIR, EARTH, & FIRE memberships are ongoing monthly memberships that automatically renew each month and can be canceled at any time.
We highly recommend that you create an Acuity account after your purchase. This will allow you to view past payments, update your card on file, cancel the subscription, or reactivate the subscription. Use either the email address you purchased the package with or the “Certificate Code” found in your membership purchase confirmation email. To create an account, there are a couple of options:
When you go to schedule your first class or day pass session, scroll to the bottom of the booking confirmation screen and you will see a “Register for an Account” button. Click this and follow the instructions to create your account.
Download the Acuity Scheduling Client for either iPhone or Android. On the app home screen, click the + sign next to “Businesses” and add alchemizehouse.as.me in the “Business Scheduling URL” field. Then click the Profile button on the bottom right of the navigation bar and click “Create Account.”
It is your responsibility to cancel your recurring membership and refunds will not be given if you forget to do so. If you need help canceling your membership you can also message us at our business WhatsApp at +52 1 311 150 2446. Please only reach out to us for assistance with this if absolutely necessary.
Private Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Private event bookings, group reservations, and exclusive facility rentals ("Private Events") require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee ("Booking Deposit") at the time of reservation to secure the date and time on Alchemize House's calendar.
The remaining balance of 50% is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to remit the remaining balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of the booking, forfeiture of the Booking Deposit, and release of the reserved date.
Cancellations by the Client: All Booking Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, personal circumstances, or regional events outside the client's control. Alchemize House will not issue refunds on Booking Deposits once payment has been received.
As a courtesy, clients who cancel more than 14 days prior to their event may request a one-time rescheduling of their event to a mutually available future date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days prior to the event date are not guaranteed and will be considered at Alchemize House's sole discretion. The remaining balance, if already paid, will be applied as a credit toward the rescheduled event.
Cancellations by Alchemize House: In the event that Alchemize House must cancel a Private Event booking due to circumstances within its control, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the Booking Deposit. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond Alchemize House's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, safety emergencies, or force majeure events, Alchemize House will work with clients to reschedule the event to a future date. Refunds in force majeure circumstances are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
