2024 Schedule
We currently offer a mixture of breathwork, pilates, sound, and yoga classes. At the core of our offerings are "Breathwork-Based Classes," thoughtfully curated classes that use the power of the breath as the gateway to mindfulness and embodiment. Each class includes a guided 60-minute session, followed by 30 minutes of sauna and cold plunge free-flow — a 90-minute experience! All levels are welcome. We provide drinkable water, yoga mat and blocks + WiFi. Please bring your own towel (or we offer towel rental for $100 pesos).
🪘 BREATH & SOUND with Joy
Embark on an interactive and holistic journey tailored to lead you towards heightened pleasure and present-moment appreciation. Commence this multisensory experience with energy activation practices and several rounds of conscious connected breathwork, followed by an extended sound healing meditation. This blend of breath and sound invites you to release tension, restore energy, and achieve heightened mindfulness.

Experience Pilates like never before, where breath awareness is seamlessly integrated into every movement. This class enriches your Pilates practice by deepening your connection to breath throughout the session. Strengthen your core and improve flexibility while staying mindful of each breath's influence on your body. This unique approach empowers you, leaving you feeling strong and energized.

🕊️ SOMATIC RESET with Maggie
Learn how to strengthen your nervous system and find safety in exactly how you feel through an intentional combination of traditional and intuitive practice. You can expect a comprehensive sequence including pranayama, mantra, kriya, somatic movement and psychosomatic meditation that will encourage you to work with your body as a vessel to express and process your emotions. Bring a journal for reflection and integration.
💙 YOGA & SOUND with Kristi - Chel - Nicole
Experience a yoga flow that focuses on deliberate, mindful movement and breath awareness. Participants move through poses promoting flexibility, strength, and balance while cultivating a meditative mindset. The practice will end with an extra long meditation with soothing sounds of crystal bowls, enhancing the overall experience with therapeutic vibrations for relaxation and inner harmony.
💙 YOGA & SOUND (LIVE KIRTAN MUSIC) with Donna
This yoga session concludes with a long meditation accompanied by the sacred sounds of kirtan with live music. Join in singing along for meditation and presence, or relax in savasana, letting the soothing melodies guide you to inner harmony and peace.
